Refund Policy for The Muddy Cross

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all digital PDF files (“Digital Downloads”) sold by The Muddy Cross (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a Digital Download from our website, you (“you”, “customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
 

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold by The Muddy Cross are non-tangible digital PDF files delivered electronically. Because these files cannot be returned and immediate access is granted upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered, except in the limited cases outlined below.
 

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, make an accidental purchase, or misunderstand the product description.
Please read all product details carefully before purchasing any Digital Download.
 

4. When Refunds May Be Granted

A refund may be offered only under the following circumstances:
 

4.1. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same PDF file more than once, we will refund the duplicate order.
 

4.2. Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from opening or accessing the PDF file, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
 

4.3. File Corruption or Delivery Error

If the delivered PDF file is corrupted, incomplete, or not the file you ordered—and we are unable to provide a corrected version—we will issue a refund.
 

4.4. Misrepresentation

If the PDF file differs significantly from what was advertised due to an error on our part, a refund may be granted.
 

5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You do not have the appropriate software or device to open a standard PDF file.

  • You misunderstood the product description.

  • You intended to use the product temporarily or for evaluation.

  • You claim non-delivery, but our system shows successful digital delivery and you do not respond to support communications.
     

6. Refund Request Process

Include the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant screenshots (if applicable)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless applicable laws require a longer period.
 

7. Delivery of Digital Downloads

Digital PDF files are delivered automatically via download link once payment is confirmed.
If you do not receive your link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
 

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. Continued access to The Muddy Cross products may be suspended in such cases.
 

9. Legal Notice

This Refund Policy is intended to explain how The Muddy Cross handles digital PDF product refunds. It is not legal advice. You may have additional consumer protection rights depending on your location, which may override parts of this policy.
