  3. Manufacturing and Shipping: Physical goods are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. We are not directly responsible for manufacturing quality, shipping times, or damage during transit, though we will assist in resolving fulfillment issues.

  4. Returns and Refunds (Physical Goods): Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items, returns are only accepted for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. B. Digital Downloads (Digital Products)

 

  1. License: Digital products (e.g., e-books, guides, digital artwork) are sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files.

  2. Refunds (Digital Goods): Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent, unless the product is proven to be defective.
